Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WEDDING FLOWERS

Consultations are free by appointment.

Your quotation is valid for 90 days. If you book after this period a new quotation may be necessary.

The initial quotation is a guide price as you may decide to make changes closer to the day.

To hold your chosen date a £100.00 reservation fee is required.  This payment is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final bill.

If for any reason, you decide to cancel your wedding, this fee is non-refundable.

If you postpone your wedding, we will hold the fee until the event goes ahead, this may be subject to a rearrangement fee.

Once payment of the reservation fee is made a legally binding contract has been formed by both parties.

After your wedding date is booked with us, we will conduct a further detailed consultation approximately 5 weeks before your wedding day. This is to finalise the arrangements and discuss any last-minute changes.

We are available for contact by phone and email at any stage to answer any questions and queries you may have. 

Any changes made must be submitted in writing by the bride or groom only.  Changes from any other person will not be accepted. 

We order your wedding flowers approximately two weeks before your wedding date depending on the type of flowers chosen. You may be charged for any changes made after the order for your flowers has been placed.

We will always try to make small changes where possible to accommodate your needs.

As fresh flowers and foliage are living products, there are occasions when particular varieties may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source products accordingly, sometimes we are unable to obtain a particular type of flower.

All fresh flowers and foliage are subject to availability and stringent quality checks, as such we reserve the right to use a similar flower in place of the previously chosen flower should it be necessary and in your best interests for us to do so.

Mock bouquets can be made if required but will be made to the same standard as the real bouquets and using the best available materials. As such they will be charged accordingly and must be paid for in advance. 

Final payment must be paid in full 30 days before the event. We reserve the right to cancel any wedding flowers if payment is not made by this date. We are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused. BACS payments are preferred.

Cancellation Charges : 

Cancellations made before 60 days of your wedding date:  Reservation fee non refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your wedding date: Fee non refundable and 50% of the final balance is required.

Cancellations within 14 days of your wedding date:  No refund for cancellations during this period. 

Deliveries are charged at 45p per mile. Where set up and collection from the venue is required this will be charged at an hourly hour.

Collection of hired items will be charged for within delivery costs unless stated otherwise.

Containers and props hired to you must be returned the day after the wedding.

By paying the reservation fee you are entering a legally binding contract and understand the full terms & conditions. 

Please note that we may use any photos we acquire whether taken by ourselves or others on our portfolio, website, Facebook page, Instagram, blog, or any other social media platforms. 

Liability is limited to the supply of goods only. No responsibility will be accepted for any consequential loss. 

Liability Insurances are available on request.
