We collect only what is necessary to run an information portal about floristry and design. Most visitors browse without handing over any personal details. Data you hand over vs data we observe
You provide personal information directly when you send us an email or fill in a contact form. That includes your name if you give it, your email address, and whatever you write in the message body.
We collect technical data automatically: your IP address, the page you visited, the time of your visit, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you here. This happens through server logs and analytics scripts. None of it identifies you by name, but under UK GDPR an IP address counts as personal data.
Processors and transfers
We use third-party services to host this site and analyse traffic. Those processors may be located outside the UK. Where a transfer happens, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses recognised under the Data Protection Act 2018.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We share data only with the processors needed to keep the site running, and only to the extent each one requires.
Exercising your rights
